Kiri by Yrrah

I already introduced Yrrah (Harry Lammertinck, Holland, 1932-1996) on this blog. As a collector it is always a pleasure to find some vintage cartoon books and this one, Kiri, is such kind of book. It was published in 1964 by Amsterdam EM. Querido's Uitgeverij. The title KIRI, I presume, is derived from the French "qui rit", meaning "who laughs", e.g. in La vache qui rit...

It smells vintage and the humor is timeless...
