One of the first posts on my blog in 2007 was about the fabulous cats painted by B Kliban.
Catdreams  was published in 1997.
I recently discovered another cat cartoon book by Kliban "Cat", a reprinted edition (1980, first published in Great Britain by Eyre Methuen in 1977). The book shows about 160 cat cartoons...

Happy Valentine's Day with Mordillo

Happy Valentine's Day with some cartoons by the great Mordillo.

These cartoons were published in "Voor Echtgenoten" (Dutch edition) in 1996 by Mondria. The French edition was named "Les Mariés" . It's a little book of 18 x 12,5 cm and 48 pages with only 22 cartoons about marriage and love. The cartoons are printed on the right pages, on the left pages are quotes by Samuel Johnson, Goethe, Balzac, Dickens etc.
